Job Description
Manufacturing Module Lead will lead manufacturing line setup and industrialisation projects, drive process development and production readiness for new products, and coordinate across engineering, automation, suppliers and factory teams.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialisation or technical program management
- Strong understanding of manufacturing process development and line deployment
- Experience leading manufacturing line setup, automation deployment or NPI programs
- Strong exposure to high-precision assembly, automation systems or EV/battery manufacturing (preferred)
- Mechanical and electrical systems understanding with ability to engage in technical decision-making
- Experience working with system integrators, machine builders and equipment vendors
- Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and project tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset
