Manufacturing Module Lead

As a Manufacturing Module Lead, you will lead manufacturing line setup and industrialisation projects, drive process development, and cross-functional program delivery. You will work with the Manufacturing Engineering & Industrialisation team to translate product designs into scalable, production-ready manufacturing systems.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialisation or technical program management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing process development and line deployment
• Experience leading manufacturing line setup, automation deployment or NPI programs
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and project tracking tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset
