Job Description
As a Regional Service Head, you will work with the After Sales team in Bengaluru, handling field engineers, resolving customer complaints, and improving product and brand image in the region. You will be a part of a 200+ strong team of passionate builders, focusing on solving the energy problem for EVs by building the e^pack and e^pump.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
- Min. 7//8 years of experience as Area / Territory Manager / Regional Manager with OEM in 3-wheelers / commercial / EV / Battery Service and maintenance
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
