Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have experience in conversion-focused UX and web design, with a focus on creating data-driven, conversion-optimized digital experiences. The role involves leading conversion-driven design, owning top-of-funnel and conversion-critical touchpoints, and collaborating cross-functionally to align design solutions with both user needs and business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in conversion-focused UX and web design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and composition
• Expertise in A/B testing, experiment design, and UX optimization workflows
• Skilled in creating effective UX documentation
• Experienced working cross-functionally with marketers, engineers, content strategists, and product managers
• Hands-on experience managing or contributing to design systems
• Strong understanding of UX psychology, growth experimentation, and conversion optimization principles
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, or similar
• Portfolio that demonstrates high-quality UX, CRO, and Growth Design work
