Role Overview

Autodesk's Developer Enablement(DE) organization is seeking a passionate Engineering Manager to join a team of diverse, smart, and driven engineers who are responsible for building shareable, reusable components that are consumed by most Autodesk desktop products.

What You Will Do

Lead a high performing scrum team of senior and junior engineers, provide technical guidance and architectural oversight for backend services, full-stack applications, and distributed systems, and drive delivery of high-quality software through agile development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

• Strong experience building scalable distributed systems and cloud-native applications
• Hands-on expertise with C++, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern architectures
