Job Description
The Assistant Property Manager upholds Extell Management Services’ brand, reputation, image and standards by effectively managing available resources and services; and achieving residential operations objectives through the successful coordination among employees and residents of Extell-managed residential properties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with on-site property management within a luxury hotel or residential environment
- Effective client service, professional presentation, communication (verbal and written), active listening, judgement, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational and time-management skills
