2-4 years of relevant experience in real estate development or investment, business management, architecture or other related activities in the real estate industry
Property Manager
3+ years of property management or development experience; Bachelor's degree; Financial and business acumen
Porter
Prior experience as a porter, ability to lift 50 pounds, customer service skills
Front Desk Host
Prior experience in Front Desk or customer service role, attention to detail, and organizational skills required
Project Manager, Construction
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field and 10-15 years of experience in project management
Porter
No prior experience necessary, but experience in luxury hotel or residential environment a plus
Development Analyst
Bachelor's degree in architecture, finance, or similar required; prior relevant experience in real estate development or investment, business management, architecture or similar; excellent financial modeling skills and strong organization and time management skills
Package Room Attendant
Excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently, and maintaining confidentiality
Staff Accountant
Bachelor's degree in accounting, 2 years of experience, MS Office experience, effective interpersonal and communication skills
Development Associate
