Job Description
The Staff Accountant applies accounting principles to compile and analyze financial information, prepare financial reports, and present interpretations and recommendations for further actions. Additional responsibilities include cash management, accounts payable, tenant billings, and compliance monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience preparing financial statements
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Effective interpersonal, client service, verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
