Job Description
Join the team at One57, a luxury residence and 5-star hotel, as a Handyperson. The successful candidate will provide operational and maintenance support for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems, as well as deliver 5-star service to residents, guests, and fellow team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience working with basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Certificate of Fitness to Operate and Maintain Air Compressors (A-35)
- Certificate of Fitness for Low Pressure Oil Burner Operator (P-99)
- Certificate of Fitness for Citywide Sprinkler Systems (S-12, S-13)
- Certificate of Fitness for Supervision of Bulk Oil Storage Facility (P-13)
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
