As a Handyperson at 50 West 66th Street, you will provide operational and maintenance support for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems, and deliver 5-star service to residents, guests, and fellow team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience working with basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Certifications including Z-95, P-98, P-99, A-35, S-12, and S-13
