House Attendant

The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in the hotel. This multifaceted role combines the responsibilities of a Public Area Attendant and a Houseperson, ensuring the cleanliness, order, and efficient operation of all public spaces, as well as providing essential support to our guests and housekeeping team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Basic communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
