Recreation Aide Part-time

Recreation Aide Part-time job at Extendicare, responsible for planning, organization, and implementation of meaningful programs for residents, in collaboration with Recreation Manager & Executive Director.

Requirements

• College diploma in Recreation, Leisure Studies, Gerontology or equivalent
• Previous experience working with seniors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Valid provincial driver's license to transport residents by van
• Must provide a complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check)
