Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative at CapFront, you'll connect with small business owners, understand their financing needs, and help them access customized funding solutions through our streamlined process. We're looking for individuals who are coachable, confident on the phone, and hungry to succeed.

What You Will Do

Make outbound calls to small business owners across the U.S., present CapFront's financing options, manage a full sales pipeline, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively with team members to hit daily and monthly goals.
