
Job description
The Sales Support Coordinator is the operational backbone of the Sales organization, ensuring that quotations, orders, and customer communication are handled with precision from initial inquiry through production release and final shipment.
Prepare quotations, enter and validate orders, review technical and commercial details, coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics, track order progress, and provide customer support.
This role requires a self-starter mindset, strong team collaboration skills, and a high attention to detail and accuracy. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing, and experience working with ERP systems.
