Jefe De Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in Ecuador. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan in alignment with the company's commercial objectives
• Define and monitor marketing KPIs to measure the impact of campaigns and projects
• Ensure the consistency of the brand image across all touchpoints (online and offline)
• Coordinate branding strategies that highlight the value proposition and differentiating attributes of our products
• Plan and supervise advertising campaigns in digital, traditional, and point-of-sale media
• Supervise the creation of communication materials, from ads to catalogs and social media content
• Analyze consumer trends, customer behavior, and competitor movements
• Identify market opportunities and potential new customer segments
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum efficiency in investment
• Evaluate the ROI of campaigns and adjust strategies based on results
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, logistics) to align objectives
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media, and other strategic partners
• Lead the digital presence of the brand on social media, SEM/SEO, and e-commerce
• Implement marketing automation strategies and data analysis
• Supervise the marketing team, ensuring the professional development of team members
• Promote a culture of innovation, teamwork, and results-oriented work
• Participate in company planning and strategy meetings
