Job Description
Plan and direct the production process, meeting operational excellence indicators and ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and quality systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Food Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in similar positions
- Quality management systems (BPM, HACCP, ISO 9001)
- Production operation management
- Ingredient formulas and traceability management
- Technical rigor
- Continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Effective communication
- Indicator management (KPIs)
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen or similar
- Production management and operational planning
- Basic-intermediate level of Excel and experience in using plant software, digital control sheets, or ERP systems
