Job Description
The Clinic Supervisor provides leadership and supervision to clinic staff, including business office, medical assisting, and clinical staff. Responsible for ensuring patient safety, quality care, and customer satisfaction, and collaborating with physicians to meet expectations. Provides adequate resources to ensure staff competencies and maintains personal competencies for all specialties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience working in a healthcare related facility
- Supervisory or lead experience (preferred)
