Job Description
The Clinic Supervisor assists in overseeing daily operations for a health center, updating the daily clinic schedule, troubleshooting scheduling problems, creating efficient workflows, and ensuring effective communication between back office, reception and patients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working in a healthcare environment required
- One year of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a deep understanding of clinical operations and workflows
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
- Fluency in Spanish speaking preferred
