Home Equity Loan Processor

We're seeking a Home Equity Loan Processor to join our team and help members unlock the value in their homes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, member-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and service go hand in hand.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required
• 1+ year of financial experience required
• Previous lending experience preferred
• Good understanding of credit union policies, systems, documents, NCUA regulations, and other laws pertaining to home equity/mortgage lending
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to solve difficult problems effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping people
