Job Description
The Home Equity Processor will assist members with their loan process to gain access to their funds as quickly as possible, providing best-in-class service to our members. This role plays an important part in providing service to our members and requires great communication skills, dependability, self-motivation, and a member-focused approach.
Requirements
- Responsible for the thorough review of loan documents
- Daily communication with members to provide updates and expectations
- Educate members on Home Equity products and assist members with all inquiries
- Utilize internal reports and dashboards to maintain required service levels
- Work in collaboration with other team members
