Requirements
- Successful completion of Lender training and NMLS registration
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all regulations that govern home equity lending
- Process and underwrite home equity loan applications
- In-depth review of all property value determinations, credit reports, title reports, and other related documentation
- Communicates directly with members regarding their loan applications
