Job Description
The Store Manager oversees the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations with limited direct supervision. This role ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards, maintains financial accuracy through effective reporting and controls, and consistently delivers operational excellence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing work experience
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- Sale experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
