Job Description
The Store Manager oversees the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations with limited direct supervision, ensuring high cleanliness standards, financial accuracy, and operational excellence. The role builds customer relationships, manages customer accounts, and presents a structured sales process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing work experience
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- Sale experience preferred
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
