ExtraHop is seeking a strategic, hands-on Sr. Recruiter to play a foundational role in rebuilding and scaling our Talent Acquisition function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive recruitment experience supporting multiple business functions, including sales and technical/engineering roles
- Proven track record recruiting across various levels (individual contributor through senior leadership) in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with an ATS; strong preference for GreenHouse
- Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders, people managers, and HR Business Partners/Operations as a trusted advisor and contributor
- Expert sourcing skills
- Experience building and optimizing recruiting processes, frameworks, or infrastructure in early-stage or rebuilding scenarios
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate talent decisions into financial and organizational impact
- Highly organized and data-driven with proven ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management, communications, and relationship-building capabilities across all organizational levels
