Elite is seeking a Recruiter to attract and hire top talent to support Elite Technology’s growth in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and countries, with a strong emphasis on outbound engagement, candidate experience, and partnership with hiring managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a globally distributed SaaS or technology organization
- Strong proficiency in modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent intelligence tools)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively convey Elite’s value proposition
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally across teams and time zones
- Passion for creating an inclusive and positive candidate experience aligned with Elite’s values
