Technology Recruiter

We're seeking a Technology Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role will support hiring managers, execute full-cycle recruiting, and deliver continuous improvements in quality, time, and cost of hiring. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-cycle technology recruiting experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a focus on diversity and inclusiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of full cycle technology recruiting experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate processes and activities to senior managers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Experience in managing stakeholder engagement
• Ability to effectively collaborate across organization
• Ability to manage the resume review, phone screening and candidate evaluation processes
• Focus on diversity and inclusiveness, and giving candidates an amazing experience
• Used to managing volume requisitions; around 30-40 at any point in time
• Partnering with HR, Benefits, People Services, Finance etc.
• Experience in utilizing ATS (Workday)
• Strong written and oral communication skills -- comfortable presenting to small/large groups
• Strong business acumen and commercial savvy
• Demonstrated strong ethical values and commitment to the highest personal and professional standards of conduct
