- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and job market trends
- Ability to effectively source and attract top IT talent using various channels
- Experience conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
