Job Description
Extreme Networks is seeking a Premium Service Resident Engineer (PRE) to provide dedicated services and support for products and solutions based on a cloud-driven networking solution. The PRE will be responsible for technical skills, troubleshooting, and customer support. This role is crucial in maintaining a high standard of products, with customer satisfaction as the goal.
Requirements
- Japanese language proficiency (business level required)
- Knowledge of switching/routing, SD-WAN
- Networking technical expertise (5+ years experience)
- UAT/functional testing experience
- Teamwork and organization skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience with MOP-based design/troubleshooting
- Knowledge of complex tasks and ability to manage time and workload
- Understanding of network-related software and concepts
