Job Description
Extreme Networks is seeking a Premier Resident Engineer to provide service and support for their end-to-end cloud-driven networking solutions to a global customer base of over 50,000. The role requires a range of technical skills, customer communication, and a strong understanding of Extreme Network products and solutions. The PRE will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the proper implementation of Extreme Network products and resolving customer issues.
Requirements
- Fluent Japanese
- In-depth knowledge of switching/routing technologies
- Expertise in networking technologies with industry and regional knowledge
- Strong skills in Design, troubleshooting and problem resolution
- BS Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Best to have a CCNA, CISSP, CCIE, CWTS/CWNA, etc. certifications desired.
