Extreme Networks is seeking a Partner Account Manager to drive partner-led revenue growth and expand the partner ecosystem within the assigned territory. The role will work closely with partners, distributors, and Extreme sales and SE teams to develop joint opportunities and accelerate adoption of Extreme solutions.
Requirements
- Channel Experience: Proven experience managing channel partners within the IT industry.
- Channel Sales Track Record: Strong track record driving products, solutions, and services through a multi-tier channel model.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with partner executives, sales leaders, and technical teams.
- Matrix Organization Experience: Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment with regional and global teams.
- Solution Selling Capability: Ability to translate technical differentiators into business value for partners and customers.
- Language Skills: Japanese (Native) and English (Business level).
