The Contract Lead/Contract Manager has overall responsibility to manage contract life cycles by driving value and efficiency, while ensuring operational integrity. The role involves developing and maintaining a portfolio of agreements, leading contract development, and ensuring contract quality and integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelors in engineering, Supply Chain, or other applicable business degrees with minimum 7 CGPA
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contract Lead/Contract Manager
- Contract development, Contract maintenance and Negotiations experience
- Contracting experience in the Oil and Gas Industry and / or EPC Industry
- Knowledge of the India & international EPC market, contracts (reimbursable and lump-sum), and supply chain
- Leadership skills
- Procurement / commercial functional expertise
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of contracting and capital project risk management expectations
- Knowledge of purchase to pay process including enterprise resource planning systems (SAP)
- Commercial – contract development, negotiation and influence, bid development and evaluation, supplier relationship management, contracting strategy development
