Facility Engineer

ExxonMobil is seeking a Facility Engineer to provide technical support to fellow engineers and operations for surface facilities within the Permian Basin. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an Oil and Gas engineering role with a focus on facilities or upstream unconventional
• Demonstrated experience in managing and executing projects
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in PipeSim and Hysys with ability to model design modifications and pressure drops
• Ability to understand/redline P&ID drawings
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
