We are seeking an experienced Freight Analyst to support our Freight Trading teams in analyzing global freight fundamentals, developing actionable insights, and creating profitable freight optimization and trading strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Data Science, Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in freight or shipping markets
- Proficiency in data modeling, forecasting, and visualization tools (Python, SQL, Power BI)
- Familiarity with AIS data, vessel tracking, and freight rate benchmarks
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for trading teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
