Job Description
ExxonMobil is seeking an experienced recruiter to join its global recruiting team. The successful candidate will cultivate an understanding of ExxonMobil's businesses, relationships with senior leaders, and critical hiring needs. They will be a trusted strategic advisor, developing and executing comprehensive search strategies to attract and acquire top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Extensive progressive Recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions
- Comfortable sourcing independently and creatively (i.e. beyond LinkedIn) as well as partnering with a sourcer
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize
