Sr. Facility Engineer

As a Senior Facilities Engineer at ExxonMobil, you will provide technical guidance and support to fellow engineers and operations teams responsible for CO2 EOR and conventional surface facilities across the continental United States. You will leverage your expertise in facilities engineering and project management to support daily operations, lead project execution, and perform ongoing facilities surveillance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or related field
• 0-10 years of experience in an Oil and Gas engineering role with a focus on facilities or upstream unconventional
• Demonstrated experience in managing and executing projects
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Procount and Hysys with ability to model design modifications and pressure drops
• Ability to understand/redline P&ID drawings
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
