Avocat expérimenté en Droit du financement - Paris - F/H

We are looking for an Experienced Attorney in Financing Law with a minimum of 2 years of experience in our Paris office. You will accompany our clients and intervene on all types of financing, including banking and bond financing.

Requirements

• Holding a CAPA, a Master 2 in Business Law and/or Banking and Financial Law and/or General Private Law
• First experience of collaboration in financing law within law firms and/or financial institutions and/or companies
• Perfect mastery of English, both orally and in writing
