EY is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A Attorney to join their Paris office. This role involves supervising a team, advising clients on M&A transactions, and managing all aspects of operations related to corporate and M&A, including strategy, negotiations, legal aspects, and collaboration with other departments. The position requires a proactive and collaborative individual with excellent leadership skills and fluency in English.

Requirements

• Licence (CAPA) after 3rd cycle in Legal Affairs/Business School with a major.
• 5+ years of experience in Droit des Affaires/Corporate/M&A department of a law firm or corporate D&A department.
• First-time experience managing a team.
• Strong command of English (oral and written) – international experience is a plus.
