The role involves participating in acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and restructurings, along with collaborating with other teams within EY. Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Lyon office
• Master 2 in Corporate Law / Corporate Finance or equivalent
• Master 2 in Corporate Private Banking
• CAP level (Master 2)
• Professional experience in M&A / Corporate department of a Law Firm
• Professional mastery of English (spoken & written)
• Strong autonomy, initiative, and drive
