Avocat expérimenté en Droit des affaires / Corporate M&A - Strasbourg - F/H

EY Société d’Avocats is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A (France) Lawyer / Financial Due Diligence (France) to join their teams. The role involves advising international clients across various sectors, particularly in acquisitions and disposals, company structure transformations, and operations management. It requires a strong understanding of legal and financial processes and excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with various teams.

Requirements

• Hold a CAP, Master's degree in Corporate Law/Corporate/Corporate Social Responsibility (or DJCE), or a related degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Corporate/M&A department of a law firm or Corporate/Legal Department of a company.
• Strong knowledge of processes governing M&A transactions.
• Perfect English skills (spoken & written).
