Join EY as the Baltic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and lead the finance agenda across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Youâll be a strategic advisor to the Baltic leadership team, driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and disciplined execution.
Requirements
- Extensive finance leadership experience in complex or multinational environments.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, governance, and controls, management and statutory accounting, and financial operations.
- Proven capability to influence strategic decisionâmaking and work effectively with business leadership.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamâleadership skills.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
