Job Description
We are looking for Consultants who blend project management discipline with human-centered change expertise to support organizations in delivering complex, large-scale transformation programs. In this role, you will contribute to change and adoption workstreams within international transformation programs, helping ensure that organizational, cultural, and behavioral aspects of change are effectively addressed and embedded.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional experience, including exposure to organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Practical project management experience, supporting structured project delivery (planning, RAID, reporting)
- Experience in technology-enabled transformations (e.g., HR systems, enterprise platforms, digital tools) is an advantage
- Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, ACMP or similar)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with confidence engaging diverse stakeholder groups
- Fluent English (C1+)
