We're looking for a Change Management Consultant to support organizations in delivering complex, large-scale transformation programs. The role involves contributing to change and adoption workstreams, developing change strategies and plans, and tracking and analyzing adoption and behavior change metrics.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional experience, including exposure to organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Practical project management experience, supporting structured project delivery (planning, RAID, reporting)
- Experience in technology-enabled transformations (e.g., HR systems, enterprise platforms, digital tools) is an advantage
- Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, ACMP or similar)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with confidence engaging diverse stakeholder groups
