We are seeking a Director, Private Capital Transactions, in London to join our team. As a deal adviser, you will build and maintain tax relationships with clients, manage the delivery of tax projects, and contribute to winning new clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in UK tax, a degree qualification, and project management skills.

Requirements

• Experienced UK tax practitioner with reviewing skills and expertise in Restructuring Tax
• ACA/ATT/CTA or international equivalent / Law qualification
• Degree qualified
• Project management skills, plan and prioritise work, meet deadlines, monitor own budget and time
• Experience in UK tax compliance
