Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Manager to join our Private Capital Transactions team in London. You'll work with clients of all sizes in all industries, providing tax due diligence, tax structuring, and other services. You'll also contribute to winning new clients and managing junior staff development.
Requirements
- Experienced UK tax practitioner with reviewing skills and expertise in Restructuring Tax
- ACA/ATT/CTA or international equivalent / Law qualification
- Degree qualified
- Project management skills, plan and prioritise work, meet deadlines, monitor own budget and time
- Experience in UK tax compliance
