Employee Relations function is a Centre of Excellence function within the Talent organisation of EY Global Delivery Services (GDS). The function continuously monitors the ER risk profile of the Firm and develop/deploy strategies to manage the same.
Requirements
- Master's degree in human resource management or Master's degree in Business administration with specialisation in HR or Bachelor in Legislative Law (LLB) or Employment Law or any other related areas
- 6 - 10 years of experience of Human Resources, with at least 3 years experience in Employment Law, preferably in Big Fours or Leading IT services/Consulting Firms.
- Exceptional written as well as oral communication skills in English language
- Strong knowledge of Argentine and Mexican employment law and regulations
- Good legal drafting capability
- Ability to apply discretion and make sound judgement, even in highly stressful and emotional scenarios
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to navigate through complex, difficult, and ambiguous situations
- Exceptional acumen in identifying potential employment risk exposures to the Firm and be able to recommend measures to mitigate the same
