Requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business areas, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and high-quality service to stakeholders.
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor by providing insights on talent availability, market intelligence, compensation trends, and candidate expectations.
- Develop targeted recruitment plans, innovative sourcing strategies, and high-quality candidate pipelines for both generalist and specialist skill sets.
- Drive stakeholder participation throughout the hiring process while ensuring alignment with EY's diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
- Regularly assess sourcing channels and leverage data, analytics, and market insights to refine recruitment strategies and strengthen hiring outcomes.
- Utilize EY's AI-enabled recruitment and automation tools to enhance screening accuracy, streamline shortlisting, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, talent networks, and professional communities to support candidate identification.
- Support initiatives such as referral programs, talent pooling, and proactive pipelining to ensure a strong flow of quality candidates.
- Manage discussions, negotiation processes, and smooth candidate closures with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of recruitment processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and the overall hiring experience.
