As an Experienced Hire Recruiter at EY in Cairo, you will play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class hiring experience and supporting the growth of one or more business units. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, serve as a strategic talent advisor, and develop targeted recruitment plans.
Requirements
- Approximately 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and hiring talent up to Director level through multiple channels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data, insights, and market intelligence to guide recruitment decisions.
- Ability to coach or support junior recruiters and contribute to team capability building.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for innovation in talent acquisition.
