Job Description
As a Transaction Analytics Senior Associate, you will leverage analytical tools and technologies to provide critical data-driven business, financial, and commercial insights to support clients in their M&A, divestitures, carve-outs, and other transformational events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Data Science, or related field
- 2 years of related work experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated interest in deriving business insights through large datasets
- Experience with advanced data modeling and analytics tools (ETL, visualization)
- Familiarity with financial and business terminology
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to new challenges
