Job Description
As a Senior Associate with EY-Parthenon's Deals - Financial Diligence - Sell Side team, you'll support the execution of transformational deals, working as a team to solve complex challenges. You'll analyze financial and operational results of businesses to be sold, and assist clients in the preparation of SEC filings. You'll also develop point-of-view to discuss with senior team members and identify business and technical issues.
Requirements
- Experience handling divestitures, including carve-outs, spins and full-enterprise sales for private investor groups and corporate buyers.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational results of businesses to be sold through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
- Ability to assist clients in the preparation of SEC filings, including carve-out audited financial statements.
- Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to process, manipulate and concisely present large amounts of data; knowledge of Alteryx and Microsoft Power Bi is a +.
