We are looking for an experienced senior manager in working with Financial Services Industry in Ireland or UK, and proven expertise in leadership of complex finance transformation delivery projects.

Requirements

• Finance and risk regulatory reporting experience
• Track record in project and team leadership experience
• Client relationship management excellence
• Communication, and business acumen
• Passion for innovation, building high performing teams and culture of trust, respect, and diversity
• Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) applied in a financial institution would be beneficial
• Understanding of technology trends and implications on the Financial Services industry
• Strong communication skills, with experience of managing strategy material and presenting to key stakeholders
• Experience of delivering change through multi-disciplinary stakeholders and collaborating across jurisdictions
• Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise and develop others; effectively communicate, manage budgets, timelines and plans; manage client expectations, and deliver quality projects
• Experience with SQL, a range of data governance tooling, BI Tools and data platforms
