Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years' relevant experience
• Primary degree
• Finance and/or Risk Regulatory experience
• Project and team leadership experience
• Client relationship management excellence
• Communication and business acumen
• Innovation, building high performing teams and culture of trust, respect, and diversity
• Ability to shape complex solutions and work through ambiguous problems
• Experience in regulatory reporting requirements (BCBS239, RDARR, IReF, IFRS 9)
• Strong communications skills, with experience of leading strategy material and presenting to C-suite stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and develop others
• Experience in the establishment, training and managing teams
• Project Management Certification and/or Agile certification desirable (e.g. PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
• Experience in regulatory reporting production, technology to support clients' strategic agenda, including Cloud platforms and regulatory reporting tools
